I generally like writing essays (or typing, for that matter), except for the time constraint--- that is, the deadline for submitting homework.
Of the 7 essays we were required to do (including last December's assingments, the newest one is shortest. The topic is "How I Made A Difference". It's the Pen Awards' brilliant idea.
