Last Thursday, I went to Ippudo at Mandarin Gallery. It's a Jap ramen restaurant, which makes some mean ramen with their "famed tonkatsu broth... produced from an elaborate process of cooking pork bones for more than 20 hours." And really, it's probably one of the best ramen I've ever eaten in Singapore (not that I always eat ramen anyway, haha) ever since I tasted the real thing in Japan dunno how many years ago.
Well anyway, below is: their appetizer Goma Q (Japanese cucumber with sesame), Shiromaru Classic ramen, and the tamago in it which I think is the best egg I've ever eaten (extra $2 for it though). Ugly photos from a phone camera.
