christmas.

"Christmas Isn't Christmas" -by Jimmy & Carol Owen

Christmas isn't Christmas
till it happens in your heart
Somewhere deep inside you is where
Christmas really starts
So give
your heart to Jesus,
you'll discover when you do
That it's Christmas,
really Christmas for you

Jesus brings warmth like a winter fire
A light like a candle's glow
He's waiting now to come inside
As He
did so long ago
Jesus brings gifts of truth and life
And makes them
bloom and
grow
So welcome Him with a song of joy
And when He comes
you'll know
That Christmas really Christmas
Christmas really Christmas
Christmas really Christmas for you

hm. christmas is coming very soon.
people are celebrating, but for what reason do they celebrate christmas?
christmas is a season of giving. people are giving presents and all, but do they even know why they are celebrating christmas?
there's nothing wrong with giving presents and all, but we should remember that God gave us the greatest gift of all, his son Jesus Christ, to die for everything we did that is sinful, so that we can find forgiveness in God's eyes.
"Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man... But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:7,8)
and God gave us this wonderful gift, and at no cost, because of His love for us.
this gives a meaning to the season of giving, no?
