biennale. (III)

went to the biennale AGAIN yesterday. hahas.
i think people who actually do read my blog and realise that this is the THIRD post on the biennale find us crazy.
but seriously, the biennale is very VERY nice and it rocks. in case you dont know, it's held at many many venues, which contain many many differnt artwork. yes. which is a contributing reason as to why we are going to the same event over a number of days.

well anyway, we went to tanglin camp. was a very looooooong journey from school to there.
took 74 to amk mrt, then to raffles place to change to green line then to redhill mrt. and realised that queenstown in nearer. so we go back in to take mrt to queenstown. and when we reached there, we found out there was no bus from there, and not really within walkable distance.
long right? ha.

so anyways, we were all short of cash.
i) we needed to pay for the entry passes at tanglin camp
ii) which made it hard to take a cab, until.....
TERESA FOUND CASH! in her pockets or somewhere, so we took the cab to a very ulu place called..... TANGLIN CAMP! (it cost $3.70)

so we walk to the counter and find out that..... ENTRANCE WAS FREE! cos it's the last week of the biennale. so we're no longer out of cash, hoorah!

it was nice la, as always. *lazy to narrate out the best installations*
then anyway we went home by shuttle bus there to orchard emerald (which is where somerset mrt is).

and we also found out the merchandise is selling at..... 40% DISCOUNT! so we plan to buy some this saturday (whereby we will go to the SAM and NM) to ji nian the biennale, ha. they even sell the tape at $3 each, haha. (those who went to see the biennale will know what i'm talking about)
